Our clients include top private equity firms and venture capital firms in the US and in Europe with $100+ Billion in assets under management. We are seeking a Client Implementation Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technological future.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects with clients and partners. This includes navigating large complex organizations, leading all meetings, setting clear agendas and communicating consistently with the team to ensure project success.
- Build and optimize process flows to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
- Help troubleshoot any issues with clients and prioritize incoming requests with Navable leadership team.
- Wear a product management hat in order to understand actual customer needs (vs. ad hoc feature requests) and be able to translate this into product requirements that align with the our strategic roadmap
- Be a trusted resource for our clients and partners alike to rely on
- Initially this will be an individual contributor role with significant opportunity to lead & grow as Navable and our client base grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Program Manager, Client Implementation Manager or similar.
- Confidence and competence to interact with large, sophisticated financial institutions.
- Thrive in the startup phase of a company and very comfortable with ambiguity.
