Our clients include top private equity firms and venture capital firms in the US and in Europe with $100+ Billion in assets under management. We are seeking a Principal or Lead Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technological future.
As a Principal or Lead Engineer, you will lead by example, bridging hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams notably Product Management, contribute to growing a high-performing engineering group, and building a scalable, secure, and robust platform. You will dive into the development process, through the build, test, deploy process, and iterating with CI/CD systems. You will be involved in defining the technology roadmap, ensuring that we are using the latest technologies and best practices to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications. You will be joining a team that values moving quickly with quality. This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for solving complex business problems with elegant software architectures and patterns, and mentoring others while staying actively involved in software development.
Please Note: This is a coding position and focused on Tier 2, 3 locations. Applicants from Tier 1 cities will be outside of our budget.
